Therapeutic Seed Bag is a versatile and therapeutic heating pad that provides a natural alternative for treating and managing aches and pains in humans and pets.

Our products are filled with a natural seed (not a grain) so that they are ideal for Coeliac’s allergic to wheat. 

They can be used either hot (heated in a microwave) or cold (stored in the freezer). 

Each shape has a different heating time because of the amount of seed inside.  

Every product comes with instructions for heating.  However, these are only suggested guidelines as we believe there is variation to individual tolerances to heat and microwaves settings.

If the recommended time for heating is not hot enough for you, gradually increase the time in 15 second intervals.   DO NOT be tempted to overheat your bag as this can ruin the contents and can result in injury.   When reheating our Therapeutic Seed Bag that is still slightly warm, shorten the heating time by half.

Our Therapeutic Seed Bag can be heated over and over again.

Available with lavender also to create a beautiful scent and promotes calmness and stress relief.
